Job Description

As a Security Professional - Industrial Patrol in Sedalia, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, where you'll monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and contribute to a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help prevent unwanted activity, and deliver outstanding customer service through strong communication. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including interior and perimeter areas.
  • Help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access by maintaining a visible presence and reporting any suspicious circumstances.
  • Observe and report any unusual conditions, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
  • Document and communicate all incidents and/or irregularities according to Allied Universal procedures and client-specific guidelines.
  • Assist with controlling access to the facility and verify credentials as required.
  • Support emergency response efforts by communicating with site management and first responders when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
