We are currently hiring an Operations Manager to oversee the clinical, operational, and financial success of facilities within their region. This role is pivotal in ensuring excellence in patient care, provider support, and hospital partnerships. The Operations Manager serves as a key liaison between hospital leadership, anesthesia providers, and company leadership, driving operational efficiency while fostering strong clinical and professional relationships.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, and a passion for supporting high-quality patient care.

Develop and manage anesthesia schedules in collaboration with the Medical Director and Chief CRNA.

· Plan 3–6 months ahead to align staffing with labor mix and hospital needs.

· Proactively identify and escalate staffing gaps; lead staffing calls and resolve scheduling barriers.

Provider Recruitment & Onboarding

· Coordinate physician/CRNA interviews with hospital leadership and track hiring decisions.

· Oversee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new providers.

· Partner with hospital teams to promote a positive and professional start for all new staff.

Practice Operations

· Verify physician/CRNA shifts for payroll with 100% accuracy, ensuring timely documentation of hours and rates.

· Act as the central liaison among anesthesia teams, hospital medical staff offices, and company support services.

· Coordinate credentialing and provider enrollment, proactively addressing missing documentation.

· Foster strong relationships with hospital departments and support anesthesia leadership with committee requests and team engagement.

· Communicate key announcements and maintain essential operational documents.

· Partner with Provider Enrollment, Billing, Payroll, and Compliance teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.

· Contribute to regional growth by developing business plans, setting targets, and identifying new opportunities.

Requirements & Skills

· Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

· Ability to effectively collaborate with hospital executives, clinical staff, and internal teams.

· Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all interactions.

· Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Knowledge of organizational effectiveness, healthcare operations, and compliance standards.

· Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.

· Proven leadership and team management abilities

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

· Prior experience in operations management within healthcare or a related industry preferred.

Pay: $50, $70,000.00 per year
