We're looking for a driven, people-focused Assistant Studio Manager to help lead our Northeast Naples team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and wants to help others feel and perform at their best.

Role Overview

As Assistant Studio Manager, you'll work closely with the Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience. You'll balance leadership, sales, and operations — helping the studio grow while maintaining our high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Studio Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the team
  • Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience for every guest and member
  • Assist in daily operations including front desk, tours, and retail sales
  • Implement and track sales strategies to drive memberships and packs
  • Maintain inventory control and ensure all studio supplies and retail stock are organized and replenished
  • Support payroll accuracy and scheduling processes
  • Oversee new hire onboarding, ongoing training, and team development
  • Ensure studio presentation, cleanliness, and vibe are always on-brand
  • Communicate effectively with the team and members to build lasting relationships
  • Step in as a leader when the Studio Manager is offsite — keeping operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, fitness, spa, or boutique retail management
  • A natural leader with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales and membership conversions through great service
  • Comfortable with technology (MindBody/Axle experience a plus)
  • Passionate about wellness, recovery, and helping others feel their best
  • Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
