Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Sales and Marketing Associate to support customer engagement and brand representation face-to-face, in a retail setting. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in marketing, customer service, and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers and provide professional, face-to-face service
  • Address customer questions and concerns
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
  • Work toward weekly performance goals

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to learn new information quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
