Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States Mental Health Specialists Full time

Licensed Mental Health Therapist - REMOTE Position (Part-time or Full-time)

PA License Required (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)

Pittsburgh, PA based position

Job Overview:

Mental Health Specialists LLC is seeking a full-time or part-time, Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our practice in Pittsburgh, PA in a W-2 position role. This will be for a fully REMOTE position, with the requirement to be in driving distance to our Pittsburgh-based office for insurance credentialing purposes. This role is ideal for an independently PA-licensed therapist passionate about specialized care and eager to build a niche practice. We believe clients deserve access to therapists who bring unique expertise—whether in trauma, couples, neurodivergence, or other specialty areas.

We aim to create a network and community of people through our work as therapists, where individuals are embodied and fully living in the world, able to participate fully in life, regardless of their feelings or circumstances. We see that the wound in society we are trying to heal is that people are disembodied and dissociative, rather than living life from a place of presence and compassion. We want to enable and support people within their communities to be more embodied and fully living in the world.

Our mission is to create a supportive community where clinicians thrive professionally while clients receive high-quality, specialized mental health care. We encourage our therapists' creativity, accountability, and collaboration as we grow together.

We are looking for a therapist who is mature and can have accountability in their work, able to hear constructive feedback while also providing feedback in a way that we can co-create and partner together in this vision. Ideally, this provides you with the freedom to express the creativity within your own expertise and interests.

About Mental Health Specialists LLC:

As a hybrid group psychotherapy practice, our vision is to simplify the process of locating specialized mental health treatment among the sea of therapists and to match trained therapists with the right client. We also aim to enhance accessibility to specialized therapy in regions where access is limited or nonexistent, and by doing so, we hope to empower everyone with skills, knowledge, and resources that support mental health.

Founded in 2025 by Amy Gamble-Moore, LCSW, a seasoned clinician and community mental health leader with over 20 years of experience. Mental Health Specialists LLC provides in-person and telehealth therapy in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, with plans to expand regionally.
