Summary of Position:
As anElectrical Engineering Project Manager supporting our Energy/EPC business unit, you will be largely involved in our Electric Vehicle charging space. Your responsibilities will include leading and coordinating projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints. This role requires managing project plans, schedules, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality outcomes that align with organizational goals. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating communication and collaboration across the design team. They will oversee project documentation and administration to maintain transparency and compliance throughout the project life cycle. Ultimately, the Project Manager will drive project development efforts to successful delivery while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements. This role is most effectively carried out by someone with technical experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans and schedules using project management software such as
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure timely and efficient execution of project tasks.
- Manage project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests, to keep all clients and design team informed.
- Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and align expectations.
- Oversee project administration tasks to ensure compliance with organizational standards and project management best practices.
- Track project progress and performance metrics, identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track.
- Lead project development efforts by collaborating with technical teams to meet project deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
- Experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software.
- Knowledge of project life cycle phases and project documentation standards.
- Knowledge of Electric Vehicle Charging projects
Team:
This role will report to the Director of Electrical Engineering and work closely with a team of Designers and Engineers.
Work Location:
This is a hybrid role can sit out of our Ontario, CA; Tampa, FL or Somerville, NJ offices.
