Public Cloud Product Delivery Director

JOB DESCRIPTION
Bring your expertise to shape and enhance the journey of products from inception to our customers' hands. Manage a dedicated team and lead key activities across the product life cycle, turning challenges into opportunities for continuous value and delivery.
As a Product Delivery Director in Cloud Foundational Services, you foster enhancements and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your skillset to transform product delivery and create new ways for teams to continuously deliver value to their customers.
Job responsibilities
- Directs principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Drives partnership, timelines and dependencies, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Maintains a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies, ensuring adequate resourcing
- Coaches and mentors the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques to improve efficiencies
- Leads the curation and definition of the engineering component roadmap and backlog via the quarterly planning process
- Optimizes data driven innovation to improve end to end delivery lifecycle
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Extensive experience leading operational management and change readiness
- Experience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategies
- Experience with Public Cloud Providers and capabilities at an enterprise scale across AWS, Azure and GCP
- Extensive experience leading complex platform delivery
- Advance knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization, effectively guiding group discussions and decision-making processes within the domain context
- Domain knowledge or previous experience within Infrastructure or Technology Platforms
- Demonstrate ability to manage a global team
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Recognized thought leader within a related field
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence
