Mental Health Clinical Manager

We are seeking a Mental Health Clinical Manager to join our team.
Starting Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 (Annually)
Bonus: $5,000 ($2,500 sign-on bonuspaid on your first check and $2,500 retention bonus paid after 12 months of service)
Cornerstones of Care will pay for Play Therapy Training and Certification.
This role will work as part of an interdisciplinary and interagency team to support universal behavioral health screenings and to improve our ability to identify infants, toddlers and preschoolers with unmet behavioral health concerns and increase services that promote long-term well-being. The Clinical Manager is responsible for the providing direct clinical services as well as supervision of mental health services, case management, individual programming, and business aspects for the Early Childhood Collaboration.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and the following:
- Ability to be Licensed at the Clinical level in Missouri and Kansas (LSCSW, LCPC, LCMFT), required
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish preferred but not required
- School-based experience, preferred
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field, required
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, require
- At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening
- A valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
- May need to be able to drive for long periods of time, day or night
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Delivery of direct services to children, families and team members.
- Consistent on-site supervision with program team members to review caseloads, ensure best practices and cultural competency as well as in accordance with accreditation standards and other requirements (e.g. contracts)
- Assist in training in specific direct practice techniques that match with the age and population of the site in which they will be placed.
- Work with the assigned center to develop individual, family, classroom, building and district wide interventions informed by screening results and other relevant data.
- Participate in grant initiatives and reporting for grants that fund the programs.
- Provide clinical leadership to the treatment team and provide a framework for understanding the treatment approach. Provide therapeutic tools and interventions to support the treatment process
