Rinasci Aesthetics Lab is a small, boutique wellness studio focused on personalized care, sculpting techniques, and high-quality client results.

I'm looking for a Massage Therapist to join me and help support our growing client base.

No experience required.

Perfect for someone who recently graduated from massage school — I provide full training in my signature techniques: sculpting, lymphatic drainage, and facial massage.

Compensation:

  • 35% commission per client session
  • Competitive and generous commission structure
  • Independent contractor (self-employed) or willing to set it up
  • Clear, performance-based pay structure

Schedule:

  • Part-time, 2–3 days per week (flexible hours)
  • Ideal for gradual growth and skill development

Requirements:

  • Active Washington State LMT license — required
  • Professional liability insurance — required
  • Must be self-employed / independent contractor or open to setting it up
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn
  • Interest in body sculpting, lymphatic drainage, and holistic wellness

Responsibilities:

  • Perform body sculpting, lymphatic drainage, relaxation, and facial massage (training provided)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional workspace
  • Deliver an excellent client experience
  • Be open to continuous learning and growth
