We're looking for a driven and technically sharp Integration Engineer who's ready to take ownership of integration architecture across a high performing logistics and technology environment. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain seamless system integrations between internal applications, WMS platforms, and customer systems.

This role is ideal for someone who's already strong in Boomi and wants to grow into a leadership role. You'll have the chance to make an immediate impact improving efficiency, building reliable data connections, and supporting mission critical integration projects that keep products moving.

What You'll Do:

  • Engineer and maintain integrations between internal systems, WMS (Synapse), and customer environments
  • Develop, monitor, and support integrations using Boomi and SQL
  • Resolve daily integration tickets, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability of system communications
  • Partner with internal IT, operations, and customer teams to map, document, and refine integration processes
  • Contribute to ongoing migration from Cleo Integration Cloud to Boomi
  • Document mappings and maintain clear process documentation for new and existing integrations
  • Take ownership of projects-ensuring deadlines, communication, and quality standards are consistently met

What We're Looking For:

  • 3 or more years of hands on integration development experience (EDI, ERP, API, or related systems)
  • Strong understanding of Boomi and familiarity with Cleo Integration Cloud
  • Proficient with SQL, JSON, and XML
  • Experience integrating with WMS or TMS systems (Synapse experience a plus)
  • Working knowledge of AS2, VAN, and SFTP communication protocols
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
  • A self starter with curiosity, ownership, and the ability to grow into a leadership role
