The
Americas Sales Manager – Transportation & Logistics
is responsible for leading regional sales efforts across the Americas, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing strategic customer relationships. This role manages OEM and distribution channels and partners closely with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies and achieve business goals.

About The Job

  • Execute sales strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
  • Support territory planning, segmentation, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Achieve sales, profitability, and growth targets across the Americas.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities in key transportation & logistics markets.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with OEMs and distributors.
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and sales performance reporting.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in leadership roles.
  • Experience in manufacturing, electronics, fuses, switches, or transportation technologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven success in OEM and distribution channel sales.
  • Solid understanding of forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin management.

Salary Range
$134,500 - $194,680

The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
