AFCO Columns and Railings | Full-Time | Remote Territory-Based
AFCO Columns and Railing, a product brand of AFCO Industries, is a trusted name of domestically manufactured aluminum and fiberglass outdoor living building products. AFCO is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales growth across the Lower Midwest region—including Missouri, Kansas, Southern Illinois, and Western Kentucky. This is an ideal role for a motivated sales professional who excels at building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and representing a respected brand in the building materials industry. This position reports to the Central Regional Sales Manager.
Position Overview
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales, supporting customers, and managing all AFCO brand activity within the assigned territory. Core duties include:
- Promoting AFCO Column and Railings products to distributors, dealers, contractors, and other qualified prospects.
- Making regular sales calls—both in person and virtual—to new and existing accounts.
- Developing and presenting program proposals.
- Providing exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Supporting the Regional Sales Manager with reporting, initiatives, and territory insights.
- Working safely and in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience; building materials or related industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and electronic platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage a multi-state territory effectively.

Work Environment
This position involves territorial travel throughout the Lower Midwest, along with remote administrative work and coordination with internal teams. The role requires regular overnight travel and being in front of customers two thirds of the time.
