What you'll do

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, including dishwashing stations and food prep areas.
  • Assist in food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
  • Help with cooking tasks under the guidance of chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Participate in regular cleaning tasks to uphold high hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Basic qualifications

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment.
  • Familiarity with culinary techniques and food service operations.
  • Knowledge of hospitality best practices.
