TALTEK Commercial Roofing is expanding — and we're not just looking for one person. We're hiring multiple Coordinators to support our Production, Service, and Sales departments. What You'll Do

Depending on your path (and interest), you'll support and eventually specialize in one of the following areas:

Service Coordination

  • Manage daily service work orders
  • Schedule field crews and communicate with customers
  • Generate invoices and track updates in Project Management Software

Production Coordination

  • Permitting and Portal Management
  • Communicate with vendors, team members, and clients
  • Generate invoices and track updates in Project Management Software

Sales Coordination

  • Support the sales team CRM updates, scheduling and follow-ups
  • Coordinate meetings and internal communications
  • Marketing and trade show coordination and assist

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in coordinator, admin, or customer support roles
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Comfortable with tools like Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and CRM software
  • You don't panic under pressure — you solve problems, stay organized, and get things done
  • Detail-oriented: you catch the small stuff before it becomes a big problem
  • Bonus if you've worked in roofing, HVAC, construction, or property management
