Overview

We are a rapidly growing supplement supply company seeking a highly creative, in-house Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a role where your design skills will directly influence branding, product packaging concepts, digital campaigns, and visual identity work seen by millions of customers. You will collaborate with marketing, media, production, and leadership to develop compelling digital + print assets that elevate our visuals and drive brand impact.

What You'll Do

  • Develop innovative, high-quality graphic designs for marketing campaigns, product labels, social media content, websites, and print collateral.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure visual consistency across multiple product lines and brand initiatives.
  • Create unique branding elements, typography systems, and logo variations for new product launches.
  • Design engaging motion graphics + animation content for video ads + short form reels (Adobe After Effects).
  • Utilize Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Suite to produce professional grade illustrations, mockups, and packaging assets.
  • Manage color theory, hierarchy, and typography to ensure strong visual clarity and high conversion design.
  • Handle layout structure for both digital platforms and print production (boxes, pouches, bottles, displays, etc.)
  • Conduct photo editing + manipulation to support lifestyle creatives and product storytelling.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign)
  • Experience with CorelDRAW
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals + basic familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS
  • Familiarity with WordPress or CMS systems for design integration
  • Ability to take direction + work fast under deadlines in a high output creative environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in consumer packaged goods, retail brands, or e-commerce design
  • Skills in video editing + photography highly preferred
  • Motion graphics experience with After Effects or similar
  • Comfortable presenting design rationale and concepts to team stakeholders
