YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS

An OTC District Manager of Retail Operations contributes to AHF's mission by presenting a friendly, helpful face to shoppers, donors, people seeking testing or pharmacy patrons as well as AHF Employees. As an OTC District Manager of Retail Operations, will be responsible for the profitability for all Out of The Closet (OTC) stores in the Midwest area. Increases sales/profits and controls store expenses. Reviews monthly store sales, margin, and direct operating expenses with the General Manager of Retail Operations and/or Finance Department. Contributor will assists the General Manager of Retail Operations in maintaining all operating expenses within budget (i.e., salaries, supplies, utilities, phone, etc). Assists with new OTC thrift store opening in the region. Implements monthly and other periodic promotions with the Marketing Department, insuring that all store-level advertising and signage is properly posted. Communicates all product donations, deletions and/or price change policies to the Store Managers and appropriate staff members.

Ensures uniform pricing practices as per company standards. Oversees OTC database changes, additions and conducts routine maintenance of same. An OTC District Manager of Retail Operations contributes to AHF's mission by devoting more time to underperforming stores. Visits the Northern Bureau OTC stores at least once a month or as needed. Assist Store Managers with handling store related operational issues. Ensures coverage for other stores when the store is short-staffed.
