Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our fast food environment, ensuring exceptional customer service while assisting in managing staff and inventory. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for restaurants, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular daily inventory at night, and coordinating with employees and GM for any shortness of supply.
  • Support employee orientation and training development programs to enhance team performance and customer service skills.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Implement effective time management practices to optimize staff scheduling and shift management.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by encouraging open communication and teamwork among staff members.
  • Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and drive sales.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food management or a supervisory role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control processes and restaurant experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele; multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Proven time management abilities with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Experience in employee orientation and training development is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
