SUMMARY

Tends to water filled container into which subassemblies are submerged.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Add and monitor additives to water as required.
  • Fill tank with water to proper level.
  • Clean tank as needed.
  • Select and place plugs into openings of parts to be processed.
  • Affix airline via fitting in plug.
  • Submerge part in water.
  • Fill submerged part with air, observe part for air leaks indicating defective part.
  • Repair leaks as directed.
  • Visually inspect parts for defects.
  • Use mechanical lifting devices as required.
  • Use a variety of hand and air tools.
  • Keep area neat, clean, and orderly
  • All other duties as assigned
