Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Residential Project Manager to join our Roofing/Siding company. Ideal candidate will have five years experience in exterior construction. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various Roofing projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed site evaluations to prepare accurate material takeoffs.
-Plan and manage Roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with Homeowners, Condo Associations, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Communicate project updates to clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits.
Experience:
-Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for precise estimations.
-Strong Understanding of roofing materials and systems.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the ROOFING industry
- Strong knowledge of roofing processes, materials, and techniques.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and equipment used in roofing projects
- Experience in various areas of roof construction such as PVC, TPO, EPDM, tapered systems, Asphalt shingles, slate tile roofing & Metal roofing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
