What You'll Do (The Exciting Part):
As our Cleveland/Akron Business Development Specialist, you'll be the face and driving force of Wow Video Tours in a brand-new territory. You're not just selling services; you're building relationships and helping real estate professionals elevate their marketing game.
Key Responsibilities:
Pioneer New Business:
- Hit the ground running to research, identify, and aggressively pursue new business opportunities. Think cold calling, strategic networking, attending industry events, and orchestrating compelling office pop-ins and presentations.
- Develop and execute innovative business development strategies to capture and grow our market share in Cleveland/Akron.
- Be a lead-generating machine, qualifying prospects to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Meticulously track and analyze sales data to refine your approach and identify trends.
Nurture & Grow Existing Relationships (Once Established):
- Act as the primary, trusted point of contact for your clients, ensuring they feel the "Wow" in every interaction.
- Build and maintain exceptionally strong, long-lasting relationships through consistent and meaningful follow-ups (phone calls, in-person/Zoom meetings, emails, texts – whatever it takes).
- Develop a deep understanding of your clients' unique needs, challenges, and goals, setting proper expectations for our services.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our amazing Scheduling & Support teams to swiftly identify and resolve any client issues, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Proactively upsell and cross-sell our diverse range of products and services to boost client Average Selling Price (ASP) and empower them to better market their listings and personal brand.
- Actively participate in account planning and strategy meetings, bringing your market insights to the table.
- Continuously monitor client satisfaction levels – we aim for raving fans
What We're Looking For (Is This You?):
- A natural-born networker and relationship-builder with an outgoing, engaging personality.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within the real estate industry or a related field (though a passion for it can go a long way).
- A self-starter who is highly motivated, results-oriented, and thrives in an autonomous environment – especially crucial for launching a new market.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You can articulate value clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- A genuine passion for customer service and a desire to see clients succeed.
- Familiarity with the Cleveland/Akron real estate market is a huge plus
