Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist, based in Orlando, FL, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, analyzing potential opportunities, and building strong client relationships. Other responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, creating tailored solutions for clients, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes with our technology.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, understanding business needs, and identifying opportunities
- Excellent Communication abilities to effectively present solutions and foster strong client relationships
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and secure business opportunities
- Outstanding Customer Service skills focused on client satisfaction and providing tailored support
- Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with hospitality or tech industry insights
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven ability to work effectively in both in-office and remote work settings
