Job Summary: As an In-Store Lead Generator in Carson City, you'll engage with customers inside Lowe's to generate interest in our HVAC services. Your role is to start friendly conversations, explain our offerings, and schedule free in-home consultations—no technical experience required

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with customers inside Lowe's
  • Promote Cool Breeze HVAC services in a professional and approachable manner
  • Collect basic customer information and schedule appointments
  • Educate customers on our current services and promotions
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions
  • Meet weekly lead generation goals
  • Communicate regularly with the sales and marketing teams

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with shoppers
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible hours
