Position: Experienced Automotive Technician (Full-Time)
Hybrid + EV Experience a Plus | Strong Team Culture | Top-Tier Facility

Hybrid and EV experience is a plus — but not required.
Because we're West Michigan's leading hybrid and EV facility, and our owner Eric is a recognized expert in the field, all of our technicians benefit from exceptional on-the-job training in these advanced systems.

Why This Role Is a Rare Opportunity:

We specialize in vehicles from 2005 and newer, with a fast-growing mix of hybrids and EVs, alongside traditional ICE vehicles. Our reputation, facilities, and forward-thinking leadership mean you'll gain hands-on experience with advanced diagnostics and high-voltage systems—without sacrificing a stable work environment or the support of a great team.

We are growing. This opening is a direct result of one of our best technicians moving on with gratitude—and we're looking for the right person to carry that torch forward.

You May Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 6–10 years of professional technician experience

  • Can confidently perform maintenance and light to moderate diagnostics and repairs

  • Are licensed (or eligible) as a Michigan Mechanic

  • Have a valid Michigan driver's license and clean record

  • Want to expand into hybrid/EV systems or deepen your expertise

  • Thrive in a shop that values teamwork, personal growth, and customer trust
