Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staffing needs and manage caregiver schedules.
  • Organize orientation and training for new caregivers.
  • Manage shift coverage for absences or tardiness.
  • Monitor cost containment and ensure efficient case assignments.
  • Provide coaching, performance support, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Offer 24/7 rotating on-call support to caregivers, clients, and families.
  • Deliver supplies or equipment to client homes as needed (mileage reimbursed).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers, clients, and families.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and sound judgment.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing coordination, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and office tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Position Overview:

The Client Service Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients and caregivers. This position oversees scheduling operations, supports field employees, and maintains strong relationships with clients to promote quality care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Staffing & Scheduling:

  • Coordinate daily and long-term staffing needs.
  • Maintain and adjust schedules based on client service plans.
  • Manage shift changes and provide immediate coverage solutions.

Training & Staff Support:

  • Organize and conduct new caregiver orientation.
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and support.
  • Promote a positive, team-focused work environment.

Service Delivery & Client Relations:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and families.
  • Address client concerns and ensure top-tier service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Monitor staffing patterns for cost-effective service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling and documentation.
  • Deliver supplies or equipment to client homes as needed (mileage reimbursed).

On-Call & Continuous Support:

  • Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.
  • Provide urgent support with sound judgment and professionalism.

Qualifications:
