Drive Financial Strategy. Power Smarter Decisions. Make an Impact.
At Care Advantage, finance plays a critical role in enabling compassionate care. As Richmond's award‑winning home health agency and an employer of choice, we serve our communities with a can‑do mindset and a deep commitment to improving quality of life for the aging population.

We're seeking a Finance Manager / Senior FP&A Analyst who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is motivated by both analytical excellence and purpose‑driven work. This is a highly visible role partnering directly with senior leaders to shape financial strategy, improve operational performance, and support sustainable growth.

About The Role
Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this role blends hands‑on financial analysis with strategic partnership. You'll translate complex data into insights that inform decision‑making across operations, HR, and accounting-helping leaders understand trends, risks, and opportunities in real time.

The ideal candidate is naturally curious, highly organized, and comfortable working with large, multi‑source data sets. You'll have the opportunity to grow with the organization and take increasing ownership of key FP&A workstreams as the business continues to expand.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop, maintain, and evolve enterprise‑level financial reporting, leveraging data from financial systems, payroll, and case management platforms
  • Support budgeting and forecasting efforts across our regions and functional areas
  • Perform detailed variance analysis, clearly explaining drivers, risks, and opportunities to leadership in a timely and actionable way.
  • Prepare and maintain board‑ and lender‑ready reporting materials, helping tell a clear and compelling financial story
  • Serve as a trusted finance partner, balancing analytical rigor with a practical, business‑minded approach

Required Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Financial Analysis roles
  • Strong working knowledge of GAAP
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience supporting or leading budget and forecast processes
  • Demonstrated ability to aggregate and analyze large data sets from multiple sources
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the organization
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree (MBA, Finance, Accounting) or professional certification (CPA, CFA)
  • Experience working with database tools and complex reporting structures
  • Ambition to grow, lead initiatives, and take on expanded responsibility over time

Why You'll Love Working at Care Advantage

  • Mission with Meaning: Your work directly supports caregivers and improves lives
  • High‑Impact Role: Visible position with access to leadership and influence on strategy
  • Growth‑Oriented Culture: We invest in people who want to grow alongside the business
  • Values‑Driven Environment: Compassion, Attitude, Respect, and Excellence guide everything we do
