Mac Haik Toyota is one of the leading Toyota dealerships in Texas, and we make it our mission to make all our customers feel as if they're a member of our small-town family.

We're looking for a confident, motivated Automotive Buyer / Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to source, evaluate, and secure quality vehicles for our inventory. This role is ideal for someone who loves talking to people, knows their way around a car, and thrives in a fast-paced, phone-driven environment. The position will be based at our League City location.

What You'll Do:

  • Contact potential sellers via phone, email, and online platforms to negotiate vehicle purchases
  • Evaluate vehicles using mechanical knowledge and inspection standards
  • Coordinate appraisals, pricing, and acquisition details
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and auction partners
  • Track and manage leads through our CRM and maintain accurate records

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong phone communication skills — ideally from a BDC, call center, or inside sales environment
  • Automotive knowledge or mechanical/inspection experience a plus
  • Confident, personable, and not afraid to start conversations
  • Detail-oriented with great negotiation and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated with a team-player attitude
