Position Summary
Arkose Labs is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and scale our customer-facing threat insights portal—the primary interface where customers gain real-time visibility into threats, derive actionable insights from the Arkose Labs network of customers, and understand the value Arkose Labs delivers. This PM will also own the internal analyst portal - the primary interface to assess and stop emerging attacks. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, data infrastructure, and user experience, translating complex attack detection and prevention results into intuitive, high-impact customer experiences.
As the PM you'll define and execute the roadmap for dashboards, analytics, threat visualization, and workflow features that help customers understand their attack landscape, benchmark performance, and take action. You'll work across the full stack—from data pipelines and APIs to front-end visualizations—ensuring our portal becomes a strategic differentiator that drives product adoption, reduces churn, and enables customers to maximize value from our fraud prevention platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for customer-facing dashboards, analytics, and intelligence features
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, front-end engineers, back-end engineers, and data engineering teams to ship high-quality portal experiences
- Define requirements for data infrastructure, APIs, and analytics pipelines that power real-time threat intelligence
- Identify opportunities to demonstrate ROI and product value through data visualization and reporting capabilities
- Partner with go-to-market teams to understand how portal capabilities influence customer retention, expansion, and competitive differentiation
- Drive cross-functional alignment across multiple product teams, ensuring features work seamlessly with existing product lines
- Develop deep understanding of customer workflows, pain points, and decision-making processes related to fraud investigation and threat analysis
- Define success metrics for portal engagement, feature adoption, and customer value realization
Experience & Skills
Must Haves
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years building data-intensive customer-facing products (dashboards, analytics platforms, intelligence tools, or SaaS reporting)
- Strong technical fluency with data infrastructure, APIs, and front-end/back-end architectures—you can speak credibly with engineering teams about data pipelines, visualization libraries, and performance optimization
- Proven track record shipping complex B2B products that require cross-functional collaboration across design, engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams
Nice to Haves
- Experience working with real-time or near-real-time data systems, particularly in security, fraud prevention, risk management, or threat intelligence domains
