San Jose Mitsubishi, part of the Carnamic Car Center family, is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our dealership in the San Francisco Bay Area.

What You'll Do

Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team

Develop and execute effective sales strategies and processes

Oversee daily sales operations to achieve and exceed goals

Build lasting relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty

Analyze market trends and manage inventory to optimize performance

Track key sales metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

Stay current on vehicle knowledge, promotions, and automotive trends

Represent the Carnamic brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

What You Bring

Proven success in sales management and team leadership

Fluent in English and Spanish

Strong understanding of the automotive sales industry, including inventory management and market analysis

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Highly organized with strong time management and strategic planning abilities

Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and dealership software

Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)

Valid driver's license and ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
