Full-Stack TikTok Performance Operator

About Us:

HS Supplies is a fast-scaling plant nutrient and fertilizer brand dominating Amazon, Shopify, and retail. We're rebuilding the brand into a cinematic, world-class machine and we need a TikTok-native performance operator who can build our entire UGC → Ads → Revenue engine.

This is NOT a "posting" job.

This is NOT a "brand social" job.

This is a performance marketing role built for someone who understands TikTok deeply.

What You'll Own (Full Stack)UGC + Creator System

· Source creators weekly (TikTok Shop, DMs, platforms)

· Negotiate UGC rates + deliverables

· Handle product seeding

· Give direction + request retakes

· Maintain a constant flow of content

In-House Simple Micro-Content

(1–2 hrs/week onsite at warehouse — optional but preferred)

· Product b-roll

· Pour shots

· Mixing clips

· Unboxing

· "Hand + product" shots

· Warehouse aesthetic clips

· Anything needed to fix or enhance creator content

TikTok Ads Manager (Performance)

· Upload content

· Build campaigns

· Test hooks, angles, CTAs

· Kill losers, scale winners

· Track ROAS + CPC + CPA daily

· Build predictable revenue from UGC

Organization + Reporting

· Create a content library by SKU

· Weekly report (what worked, what failed, what's next)

· Build a system that compounds monthly

Requirements

· MUST be local to San Diego

· Proven experience with TikTok ads + UGC

· Understands creative testing + performance marketing

· Can coordinate creators without drama

· Can capture simple in-house clips (basic iPhone filming is fine)

· Strong communicator, organized, independent

· NOT a "social media manager" — this is a revenue role

Bonus:

Experience with DTC, Amazon brands, or consumer packaged goods.

Compensation

· $20–$35/hr depending on experience

· 10–20 hours/week to start
