Job Summary:

The Data Entry & Document File Clerk is responsible for entering data from various sources into computer systems and databases for processing. This position requires efficiently managing a large volume of information, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the data entry process. The Data Entry & Document File Clerk will handle information that is often sensitive or confidential, maintaining discretion and attention to detail at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately in internal databases and/or other software platforms.
  • Maintain organized and accurate data records.
  • Retrieve data and information as necessary.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service quality.
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Capacity to keep calm in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven and demonstrated administrative proficiency.
  • Ability to remain seated at a desk working on a computer for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
