Pay range depends on your skill set at the time of hire. Pay ranges at $21-$35 flat rate for experienced technicians.

Schedule: 5 days at 8 hours each. Tuesday-Saturday.

Responsibilities:

As an Automotive Technician, you will perform vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.

• Perform maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.
• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
• Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools
• Responsibilities will vary depending on your skill level 

Qualifications:​

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile. Professional industry experience or completion of an automotive program is required.
• Toyota/Lexus experience is a plus, but not required
• ASE Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to navigate technology with ease.
• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
