Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced healthcare field assistant and supervisor to oversee operations in a team-oriented setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare, including patient care. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong background in supervisory roles, including leadership, delegation of tasks, knowledge of healthcare field operations, and more. We are looking for someone that has a commitment to patient care, and the ability to manage field workers and operations effectively while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Duties

*Open new and pre-existing client cases at Sweet Homes Healthcare

*Conduct supervisory visits with clients and regular client check ins

*Oversee operations that occur on and within AxisCare

*Follow through with disciplinary action per the discretion of office/assistant manager

*Maintain regular contact with the Veterans Affairs (VA) hospital

*Maintain regular contact with Sweet Homes Healthcare employee and contractual workers as well as clients

*Maintain a daily note of interactions accrued throughout the business day in the form of daily progress notes

*Oversee all operations that occur at Sweet Homes Healthcare LLC

Qualifications

  • High school diploma is required.
  • Proven experience in healthcare management or a related field is essential.
  • Experience in various settings including assisted living, nursing homes, hospitals, home care, or outpatient services is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of patients and theirdesired care under the unskilled scope of practice/
  • Ability to work with diverse populations including individuals with developmental disabilities and seniors requiring dementia or memory care.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills for effective team management and patient interaction.
