Hello,

I am looking to hire a Financial Specialist to join my accounting firm, KL Accounting PLLC. KL Accounting PLLC is a boutique accounting firm in San Antonio, TX offering tailored outsourced accounting services to clients in a wide range of industries. We work closely with business owners to understand their needs and deliver an accounting package tailored to their business. Users must be familiar with Quickbooks Online.

The key responsibilities of this role includes:

  • Execution of monthly accounting tasks such as bank reconciliation, payroll, sales tax, loan reconciliations, and other spreadsheet work to substantiate the financial records.

Skills

  • Financial Specialists are expected to correspond directly with business owners to ask question on unfamiliar transactions and ususual activity
  • Must have experience working in Quickbooks Online
  • Must have experience working in spreadsheets (google sheets or Excel)
  • An overall willingness to learn and develop critical thinking skills is hugely beneficial. Many of the technical skills can be coached throughout experience on the job but coming into work every day with a positive attitude and kindness is where everything starts
