EverSet Floors is a locally owned flooring company specializing in Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) installation. We deliver professional, quality craftsmanship for homeowners and property investors throughout the Cincinnati/Dayton area.

COMPENSATION

Piece-rate compensation: $1.00 - $2.10 per square foot

Pay rate determined by:

  • Experience level and proven track record
  • Installation method (click-lock vs. glue-down)
  • Job complexity and site conditions
  • Quality and efficiency of work

Additional pay available for trim work, stairs, subfloor prep, and specialty services.

Weekly payment via QuickBooks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Install LVP flooring with precise layout and professional finish
  • Perform subfloor preparation and minor repairs
  • Remove existing flooring when needed
  • Maintain clean, safe job sites
  • Communicate professionally with clients and management
  • Complete jobs on schedule to EverSet standards

REQUIREMENTS

Must Have:

✓ Minimum 2 years LVP installation experience

✓ Reliable transportation and professional tools

✓ Active general liability insurance (will name EverSet as additional insured)

✓ Proven quality workmanship

✓ Professional demeanor and self-management skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with click-lock and glue-down systems
  • Ability to manage small crew (2-3 installers)
  • Trim, baseboard, and stair installation experience
