As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech and media environment, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and foster a welcoming atmosphere for everyone onsite. By conducting regular patrols and remaining highly visible, you will contribute to the overall sense of well-being at the location. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter, including both indoor and outdoor areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential risks.
• Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support a secure environment for employees and visitors in a technology-focused location.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and site leadership to address questions and provide information regarding security-related topics and procedures.
• Comply with all Allied Universal policies and procedures, as well as any specific guidelines provided for the technology and media environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
