Role Overview
Come and See's Regional Director, Ministry Engagement, North America role reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer. This role works closely with ministries and churches within the United States (such as EMEA, APAC, LATAM) to evaluate and execute opportunities to utilize bible-centered media, such as The Chosen, as a ministry catalyst to expand mutual reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a network of ministry and church partnerships designed to expand the reach of The Chosen broadly while deepening the impact within the localized communities.
- Work with the regional 5&2 Studios' grassroots team to identify opportunities for exponential growth including attending conferences, licensing content, and the overall execution of the collaborative distribution strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Translation, and Development to ensure a cohesion across activities within each regional responsibility.
- Assist in the development, coordination, and communication with strategic ministry partners to help lead both commercial (with 5&2) and non-commercial engagement.
- Create and lead activators across regionally executed digital hubs to partner and guide churches and ministries in the use of digital content derived from The Chosen.
- Structure and execute complex agreements including licensing, confidentiality, material transfer, development, supply, and other partnership agreements meant to expand the reach of bible-centered media content.
- Cultivate relationships with key players, partners, churches, agencies, schools, and contributors.
- Evaluate and Champion needed tools to assist partners in executing their strategies for
The Chosen including derivative and ancillary content such as study guides, content snippets, App tools, etc.
- Other as needed within the scope of creating and executing a strong, regionally correct, distribution plan.

Preferred Qualifications
Candidates should align with the Come and See statement of Faith and have strong experience across a global distribution landscape. Candidates may emerge from non-profits, commercially driven companies, foundations, or other industry-related entities and should possess the following:
- Demonstrated success developing regionally impactful strategies and executing organizational growth across domestic and/or international communities.
- Ability to effectively partner with a broad range of denominations and organizations across the Christian faith.
Familiarity with a diverse range of business functions such as Sales, Marketing, Media Creation, Content Distribution and Finance.
Passion for faith-driven initiatives and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in promotion content like The Chosen.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent written, oral, and public speaking skills, a persuasive and passionate communicator with strong interpersonal and multidisciplinary skills. Bilingual preferred.
- Must display high levels of confidentiality, integrity and dependability.
- Proficient knowledge of computers, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Strong work ethic while embracing changes and pivots to any given plan.
Capable of working independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Able to work on multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
Comfortable speaking with both business and ministry leaders.
Travel is expected to be 30% + and include many overseas trips.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor or Advanced degree.
Five years or more of prior experience in a global distribution and/or marketing role within non-profit, faith-based ministry organizations or large church missions.
Demonstrated track record of success creating and executing digital experiences and journeys
- Experience working with nonprofits in territories of the world that are not commercialized for media.

- Working Conditions: This position is a remote position, with a forty-hour(+) workweek.. This position is primarily indoors. Travel required includes worldwide travel, up to 15 trips per year in addition to domestic travel in the US.
- Physical Demands: Frequent sitting and use of standard office equipment. Has the ability to lift approximately 15-20 pounds. The ability to hear to take phone calls as well as to clearly communicate verbally.
