Role: Product Manager 1

Location: New York

Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role

  1. Project & Program Execution


• Support the planning and execution of pricing changes, content packaging updates, and regional commerce initiatives.


• Manage project timelines, tasks, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders and systems.


• Assist with the execution of market launches, promotions, and lifecycle campaigns.

  1. Commerce Platform Management


• Operate internal tools to configure pricing plans, offers, and entitlements for web/direct platforms.


• Assist in the configuration and QA of in-app purchase (IAP) products on third-party platforms (Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, Samsung, Vizio).

  1. Operational Excellence


• Support ongoing content and pricing accuracy checks across multiple platforms.


• Identify and escalate commerce issues in collaboration with Engineering and Customer Support.


• Proactively document and improve operational workflows, standard operating procedures, and knowledge sharing.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration


• Coordinate with regional stakeholders in EMEA and APAC to understand market needs and timelines.


• Communicate project updates clearly and consistently across teams.


• Ensure alignment with business, legal, and technical requirements.

Must Have Skills / Requirements

1) Ability to learn quickly

a. 1+ years of experience; Ability to understand and quickly learn new tools.

2) Communication with Stakeholders

a. 1+ years of experience; Creating project sheets and tracking projects with multiple stakeholders and teams. [Jira and Confluence exposure is a plus]

3) Attention to Details

a. 1+ years of experience; Well organized and able to catch errors.

Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements

1) Familiarity with digital commerce, subscription services, or streaming platforms is a plus.

2) Experience with digital content platforms, commerce systems, or in-app purchase configuration is a strong advantage.

Soft Skills:

1) Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

2) Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.

3) Problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

4) Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

5) Familiarity with digital commerce, subscription services, or streaming platforms is a plus.

6) Experience working with geographically distributed teams
