Are you passionate about soccer and love working with kids? BSM Elite is growing, and we are looking for motivated, energetic coaches to join our team and help shape the next generation of players.

ABOUT BSM ELITE

BSM Elite is a leading youth soccer organization based in Northern New Jersey. Our mission is to develop confident, technically skilled, and respectful athletes through excellent coaching, character-building, and a true love of the game. We offer year-round programming including afterschool enrichment, individual/group training, seasonal camps, recreation teams, and competitive teams.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN COACHES:

  • Available at least 2~3 weekdays after 2:30PM, plus weekends after 9:00AM
  • Passionate about soccer and youth development
  • Energetic, positive, and great communicators
  • Able to manage and motivate groups of players ages 3.5+
  • Professional, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable planning and running age-appropriate training sessions
  • Open to continued education and feedback
  • Coaching experience preferred (youth or academy level preferred)
  • USSF or foreign equivalent license is a plus
  • Must have a car and a valid driver's license
