We're seeking an experienced
Branch Manager
to lead a high-performing Brickell branch known for exceeding growth goals and delivering exceptional client experiences. This role is ideal for a proven leader with deep market knowledge and the ability to inspire a team that provides white-glove service to an elite, international clientele. You'll oversee all aspects of branch operations, drive business development, and ensure continued growth in deposits and loans.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team including an Assistant Branch Manager, Senior Personal Bankers, and Tellers.
- Manage business development for residential and business loans up to $1MM; refer larger opportunities to the commercial team.
- Maintain and expand the bank's largest checking (DBA) portfolio.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with foreign nationals and high-net-worth clients in the Brickell and Downtown Miami markets.
- Achieve branch goals in deposits, lending, and cash management.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and a culture of superior client service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of branch management experience in the Brickell or Downtown Miami market.
- Demonstrated success driving deposit and loan growth with a focus on business development.
- Experience serving foreign nationals and providing premium, relationship-based banking.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
