Facilities Maintenance Team Member

We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Facilities Maintenance Team Member to help keep our 30,000 sq. ft. office and warehouse in great shape. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in problem-solving, enjoys working on a wide range of projects, and can switch gears between building maintenance, light fabrication, and equipment upkeep.

Hours:

  • Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance, repairs, and improvements throughout the facility
  • Handle drywall patching, painting, and basic plumbing work
  • Manage small upgrades, order parts and materials, and coordinate with outside vendors
  • Assist with painting and touch-ups on rental equipment and staging gear
  • Repair and maintain carts, casters, and storage racks
  • Build new carts, shelves, and storage solutions as needed
  • Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely and effectively
  • Support occasional special projects or setup needs in the warehouse

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of general maintenance or facilities experience preferred
  • Comfortable with power tools, woodworking equipment, and basic fabrication
  • Welding experience or interest in learning is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and follow through on assigned projects
  • Reliable transportation and consistent weekday availability
