Role Description
This is a full-time Associate Attorney role at Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including conducting legal research, interfacing with clients, drafting and responding to discovery, drafting complaints and legal memoranda, assisting with and taking depositions, and assisting in litigation proceedings. This is a hybrid role, primarily located in San Diego, CA, but with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong academic credentials
- Civil litigation experience (2-3 years preferred)
- Experience in conducting legal research using Westlaw
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- California Bar Admission
