As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Your presence at the front desk helps to deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming atmosphere. You will play a key role in assisting guests, managing access, and responding to inquiries, all while upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and employees in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk of a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor access to the building by verifying identification and/or credentials, following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Communicate and collaborate with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed during incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor and contractor check-ins and check-outs, as well as any security-related incidents or unusual activity.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and offering directions or information about the building as appropriate.
• Support Allied Universal in carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities specific to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
