Role Description

We are seeking a talented
Principal Engineer
to join as a
Solutions Architect
, focusing primarily on AI and HPC markets with leading customers in North America. In this role, you will collaborate closely with me to develop innovative solutions for advanced packaging technologies, including 2.5D, 3D, and 3.5D integration, CPO, and high-speed interfaces (HBM, Ethernet, etc.). You will engage with a diverse range of customers, working together to craft tailored solutions and partnering with Alchip's central team throughout execution.

You will learn the most advanced technologies in the market including , advance node , advance packaging , co packaged optics , EDA flows , IPs and many more.

Qualifications

Exceptional communication skills and a strong team player

Hands-on expertise in the relevant domains

Proven track record of success in these areas

Ability to manage both external and internal interactions effectively
