Requirements:
- 2500 hours of documented paid babysitting or childcare experience
- Acquire required clearances
- Communicate respectfully with children, coworkers, and families
- Physically able to complete the tasks necessary to care for small children, including diaper changing
We believe nurturing and engaging with teachers is just as important as caring for the children. To build comradery, we frequently hold staff events such as ax throwing, family picnics, bowling, catered luncheons, and we create inspirational t-shirts. Inspiration Station recognizes and appreciates each other so much that we use the Nectar app. In this Nectar App, teachers can give each other "kudos." These "kudos" are great for noticing our hard work, staff recognition and they add up to fun rewards. Our teachers love the gift card rewards specifically
Compensation: $13.00 per hour
