We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in cybersecurity to bridge business needs with technical security teams. You will play a key role in ensuring vulnerabilities are identified, tracked, and remediated efficiently, while clearly articulating requirements and processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with security and IT teams to review, track, and remediate vulnerabilities.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze vulnerability data and security reports.
  • Support prioritization and resolution of security issues across teams.
  • Develop clear requirements, process documentation, and workflow improvements for security programs.
  • Create dashboards and reports to track vulnerability trends and remediation progress.
  • Communicate security updates, risks, and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on cybersecurity.
  • Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7.
  • Solid understanding of application security, product security, and risk management principles.
  • Familiarity with compliance and risk management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
