Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to help shape the future of digital payment experiences. This role is ideal for a product professional who thrives on solving complex challenges, collaborating across teams, and building products that make money movement effortless and secure for millions of customers.

As part of the Enterprise Payments Product team, you'll partner with design, data, and engineering experts to create innovative payment solutions that deliver measurable business impact. The position offers the opportunity to work on high-visibility initiatives that transform the way customers interact with their finances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product vision for enterprise payments.
  • Identify customer pain points and translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
  • Manage product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and measure outcomes against key performance indicators.
  • Support the delivery of scalable, seamless, and reliable digital payment solutions.
  • Drive an agile, experimentation-focused approach to learning and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate product goals and progress clearly across business and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management or related roles delivering digital consumer experiences.
  • Hands-on experience with web or mobile platforms and core product ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services product environments.
  • Agile Product Owner or Scrum experience.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
