Job Description:

We're on the hunt for a highly-skilled, innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team, with a primary focus on print projects. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling print material that effectively communicates our brand's messages. From designing flyers, postcards, banners, booklets, and more, you will play a vital role in various aspects of our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality print material such as flyers, postcards, banners, booklets, and more.
  • Operate and maintain our in-house printer to produce print materials as per project requirements.
  • Manage all stages of the design process, maintaining a quick turnaround time and consistently meeting project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to align visual design and messaging across various channels.
  • Coordinate with marketing and production teams to ensure design specifications are met.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in graphic design techniques and tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print design.
  • Expertise in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong visual design skills, including a keen eye for typography, layout, and color.
  • Experience with printer operation and maintenance.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
