Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst Manager located in the US who will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making within our organization. This position is vital for enhancing our ability to provide exceptional financing solutions that align with our mission of empowering homeowners.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to ensure high-quality data analysis and reporting.

  • Collect and implement data strategies that support business objectives and enhance decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Lead and mentor a team of collectors suporting performance and compliance.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools such as Tableau, R, and Python for data visualization and reporting.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify trends.
  • Accumen in Finance
  • Experience working in a Large Enterprise
  • Experience in Collections or Mortgage highly perferred

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of Proven experience in a managerial role within data analytics or related fields.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Tableau, R, and Python.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with business analysis methodologies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $65,000.00 per year
