What You'll Do:
  • Define and implement test strategies, frameworks, and processes.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage and promote software quality standards.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Analyze test results, report findings, and recommend improvements.
  • Mentor QA team members in advanced testing practices.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
  • Strong knowledge of modern testing tools, frameworks, and CI/CD practices.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
