PruTech is seeking a skilled
Python Developer
to join our agile engineering team, working on scalable, secure, and high-performing applications that power next-gen digital banking experiences. You'll play a key role in building APIs, automation scripts, and backend services to support enterprise platforms in a regulated financial environment.

Locations - Charlotte ,NC or Atlanta, GA or NYC,NY

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and RESTful APIs.
  • Build automated workflows and scripts for data processing, system integrations, and DevOps tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Architects.
  • Ensure high performance, test coverage, and code quality via TDD and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and security compliance checks.
  • Integrate applications with cloud services (preferably AWS or Azure) and containerized platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10 -15 years of professional experience in
    Python development
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Flask
    or
    FastAPI
    ,
    Pandas
    , and
    SQLAlchemy
    .
  • Experience with
    API development
    ,
    automation
    , and
    data manipulation
    .
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (
    AWS
    ,
    Azure
    ),
    Docker/Kubernetes
    , and Git.
  • Solid understanding of
    RESTful architecture
    ,
    unit testing
    , and agile practices.
  • Experience working in a
    regulated industry
    (Banking/Finance) is a plus.
